At Smart, this team is the critical bridge between technical solutions, design, and business: it gathers the needs of end-users, evaluates market trends and our competition, uses this information to identify what features bring the most value to our clients and transform it into actionable roadmaps.

Your mission 👇

Our organization is divided into 3 Product Lines (Supply, Marketplace, Holistic Management) led by Product Managers (PM). Each Product Line is divided into feature set teams managed by Product Owners (PO).

Product Managers are in charge to define, support and promote the vision and strategy of their Product Line scope.

You will act as the Product Manager for the Demand product line, whose general mission is to generate transactions by giving buyers the capability to better discover, plan and finally buy Smart publishers ad inventory.

Roadmap design & rollout

  • Liaise with the Marketing, Sales and Ops teams to build the best long term vision for your Product Line
  • Produce product sheets related to your main initiatives, with a strong focus on the business value and the value proposition, as well as the main steps of development
  • Take part in the quarterly roadmap definition process to prioritize and select projects in line with the company strategy, your product line vision, R&D staffing and revenue expectations
  • Define the global roadmap and evangelize it internally and externally
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to validate your projects and ensure the best go-to-market

ROI analysis

  • Liaise with the Data Analysts, Marketing and Finance teams to define and track the KPIs to assess the performance and value generated by your main projects and the general products and features adoption
  • Take part in quarterly business reviews

Business intelligence

  • Identify main market trends to drive and support your product strategy
  • Benchmark solutions of the market
  • Take part in market events with the objective to be recognized as a trusted expert of the domain


  • Manage directly the Product Owner in charge of the Demand feature sets
  • Control and ensure proper communication of the delivery and ramp up progress of your projects
  • Be able to act temporarily as a PO for a feature set if required

About you đŸ’Ș

  • Master degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
  • 5+ years experience in Product Management and roadmap definition in a digital environment
  • Strong analytical background with methodology
  • Able to build to strong relationships across departments
  • Like pushing your ideas end-to-end
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Experience in the AdTech industry with a deep understanding of products
  • Buy-side expertise (experience in a Media Agency, Trading Desk, DSP,
