About the team 🚀

The Sales & Account Management team is made up of straightforward, energetic and results-driven individuals that bring our advertising products to the market. They build long-term relationships with a wide range of publishers and partners, guiding them to grow their on-line advertising business and stay on top of industry trends and technology best practices.

Based in our local Berlin office, you will report directly to our Country Manager DACH and cover the German speaking (DACH) market.

Your mission 👇

  • Assisting in the development of sales proposals, managing the contracts process, and addressing any post sales account inquiries submitted by clients
  • Leasing with external accounting team in topics related to billing and payments
  • Supporting the interface between global and local internal stakeholders (sales team, marketing, PR, support, finance, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, accounting, prospects, vendors, etc.)
  • Planning, coordinating, and managing all logistical aspects of local events such as webinars, breakfast meetings, trade shows
  • Maintaining and validating validity in Salesforce (CRM Tool) 
  • Assisting with administrative tasks like booking and coordinating conference calls and meetings, answering phones, organizing client events, booking travel and submitting travel and expense reports
  • Performing general administrative duties such as managing office supply inventory and ordering supplies

About you  💪

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business management, or related field
  • Passionate about the digital advertising industry
  • Problem-solver and multi-tasker who stay cool under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (listening, writing, discussing)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work effectively across functions/teams, team player
  • Fluent German / English
