Our Marketing & Communication team takes pride in making sure that the world knows about Smart and all of the awesome things our solutions can do!
The team sits inbetween Paris and New York, and is composed of 10 straightforward and creative individuals shaping our brand across the globe. They are the heart of Smart’s global awareness and play a major role in orchestrating the global launches of new innovative solutions, communicating Smart’s value proposition to customer-facing teams and ensuring product success.
Your mission 👇
Reporting directly to our Communication Director, you'll be in charge of:
Internal & External Communication
Execute internal communication action plan (monthly newsletters, All-Hands event planning, TV signage and all other ideas you can push...)
Supervise the consistency of marketing portal with our communication documents (template creation, events, pictures, video, invitation
Share strategic recommendations for social media strategies and promote best practices internally
Collaborate with the HR team to help communicate internally on various topics and events. Facilitate our new Smarties onboarding and help us build an outstanding employer brand both internally & externally
Support internal events organization such as our Yearly Kick-Off, on creative and logistics aspects (road book, rooming list, team building, venue of our international teams...) but also our yearly Hackathon.
Coordinate strategic clients events execution - DMECO, Cannes Lions, CES, while building strong relationships with suppliers, meeting project guidelines and budget, liaising with internal and international teams to ensure a perfect delivery
