As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will execute and lead all sales and revenue initiatives at Smart for the UK market ensuring the company’s short- and long-term revenue expansion in this region. The UK market was successfully opened 6 months ago through the recruitment of our VP Global demand sales. We are now opening a new strategic position to pursue our expansion, on the sell side.  You will be primarily responsible for creating new revenue streams for Smart with premium publishers. 

 

YOUR MISSION 👇

  • Prospecting new premium publishers to join the exchange
  • Identifying, building, and closing large direct deals with premium publishers to ensure revenue targets
  • Drive long-term partnership value with clients through a deep understanding of their businesses
  • Continually developing Smart’s brand and building increasing awareness in your BU
  • Identifying and supporting the development of new revenue-driving products and services
  • Working with the management team to enhance products and services based on customer and market insight
  • Represent the company at Industry events and seminars as needed

About you  💪

  • 10+ years of senior level sales and strategic management experience consistently exceeding revenue and earnings expectations
  • International culture (ideally acquired through working overseas)
  • Experience working and managing teams remotely.
  • Consultative selling background (within the publisher space is better)
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated track record of maintaining strong senior level relationship
  • Ability to recognize market trends and deliver new revenue opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
